Mental Health First Aid Training
Approximately one in four individuals in the United Kingdom will experience a mental health issue at some point in their life. Although these problems are prevalent, most are not severe and are typically short-term. Additionally, many of these issues can be successfully treated with medication by a general practitioner. Mental health refers to our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Anxiety and depression are the most common mental health problems. Furthermore, difficult life events, such as the loss of a loved one or work-related stress, may trigger depression.
