The Mental Health Level 2 Training program is designed to train individuals to identify and provide support to those who may be experiencing mental health challenges. Participants will learn how to link individuals with necessary resources for assistance. This program takes a first-aid approach to aid individuals in need of mental health support.

The Mental Health First Aid program teaches individuals how to identify and help those who may be facing mental health challenges. Also, participants gain knowledge on providing support and linking them with resources for assistance.

Building upon the content of Level 1, this course focuses deeper on the impact of drugs and alcohol. Additionally, it equips you with the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and furthermore explores strategies for promoting a positive Mental Health culture in the workplace.
